Laura and Arend had already visited this winery, established in 1974. They liked it, so wanted to share it with us. You could only come by appointment.
When we arrived, we had lunch in the manicured-lawn, rose-encircled picnic area.

We were given a very personalised tour, which included tasting directly from barrels with a “wine-thief” pipette.
The only wines Pat liked here were $50 per bottle – and he liked them very much. We didn’t buy any.
