Sunday, 6th April, 2014.
After the cold and blustery weather of the previous day, the morning we left Nagasaki it was bright and sunny.
We decided to make a short detour along our “river” to see the famous “Spectacles” bridge, so called because of the shape of the double-arched bridge and its reflection.
There was a set of stepping stones you could venture onto to get the best shot of the “Spectacles”. Did I try it? Yes I did, but I made sure I took my backpack off first.
