This museum is often touted as one of China’s best. However, as we were in Terracotta Warrior land, that was what interested me the most, and I found it a bit confusing. I wasn’t sure whether the warriors I was looking at were real or replicas. Anyway, here are some of the pictures I took at the museum:
I didn’t realise this until later, but the pictures on the wall behind this real/reproduction warrior are photographs of the faces of the warriors, showing how different they all are from each other.
Even the horses were different from each other.
